Basement boiler replacement in Caversham

An old open-flue boiler in a basement needed replacing. Getting a flue for the new boiler safely to the outside from below ground took some creative planning, but we found a route that works. We fitted a new Worcester boiler with a new pump, a magnetic system filter, an expansion vessel and a condensate pump to carry the boiler's waste water away from the basement.
